FIRST PICTURE: These posters lie just above my bed. The Sword/Kylesa/Zoroaster one was a gift, as were the Leviathan and Hunter ones. Both of the Mastodon posters were signed by the band. The RATM one was the only poster I actually purchased. That blank space at the bottom is annoying the crap out of me, though. Need to fill it up with something…
Also, if you look closely at the high-res version, you will see lyrics from Swans’ “New Mind” and Mastodon’s “Crack the Skye”, as well as some very cynical, nihilistic passages about love.
SECOND PICTURE: This poster was a gift from Mastodon directly. The reason why it’s ripped up on one side is because of Brent. Upon seeing me, he shredded the left end of the poster and handed it to me, saying “There, now it’s special”…Troy added that tape would fix it all up (LOL).
I do wish I had a large-size Kylesa poster with the band actually in it, but…well, I don’t know if any of those exist.
